Policy
Cancellation
- If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of non refundable option if cancelled, modified or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment
- The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
Children and extra beds
- Free! All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using children’s cots/cribs.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
- The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.

- Sofia Pension accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival: Visa / Mastercard.
